To provide school management services, our platform processes the following data provided by the registered educational institution:

• Student & Parent Information: Student name, roll number, class/section, parent/guardian name, phone number, residential address, emergency contact, and date of birth.
• Academic & Attendance Records: Daily student attendance, examination marks, grading rubrics, and teacher remarks.
• Fee & Financial Transactions: Fee schedules, payment receipts, challan records, and transaction reference numbers (note: we do not store sensitive credit card or net banking CVV/passwords; payments are handled directly by certified RBI-approved payment gateways).
• Teacher & Staff Profiles: Staff name, phone number, designated subject/class, and attendance logs.
• Device & Usage Data: App session tokens, crash logs, and device OS version solely for platform security and debugging.

3. How We Use the Information

Collected information is used strictly to fulfill educational institution operations:

• Authenticating users via secure Mobile Number and One-Time Password (OTP).
• Sending timely attendance alerts, fee reminders, homework, and emergency notifications to parents via SMS and push notifications.
• Generating statutory reports, Student ID cards, Transfer Certificates (TC), and Holistic Progress Cards compliant with NEP 2020 and respective state/national education boards.
• Powering the AI Co-Pilot for syllabus question paper drafting and remedial student analytics without exposing student personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Indian Data Protection)

Dakshora ERP complies with applicable child data protection laws. Student profiles are created exclusively by authorized school administrators with verified parental consent obtained during school admission. No student data is publicly accessible or indexed by search engines.

5. Data Security & Storage

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols and stored in secure cloud infrastructure with strict multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS). Access to each school’s data is strictly quarantined and limited to verified staff and enrolled parents of that specific institution.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

Parents and staff have the right to review, update, or request deletion of their records by contacting their respective school administration office. Upon formal instruction from the institutional account owner, student records can be permanently deleted or archived according to board compliance standards.
